"Tell you about my Ai" open call

Partner notification is the process of informing a positive partner of their recent infection (within 2-3 months) and mobilising them to go to a health facility for testing, treatment, health education and counselling. According to statistics, HIV partner notification can reduce HIV transmission by 65.3%. The development of a partner notification service must be based on the needs of the community of gay men. To this end, we plan to use a crowdsourcing approach to develop an HIV partner information service for the Chinese gay male population. "Crowdsourcing is a process whereby a group of people work together to solve a problem and share the resulting solution with the public, usually in the form of an open competition that brings together different ideas.

The University of North Carolina China Project (also known as SESH) is planning a public competition among men who have sex with men (MSM) to collect text, images (e.g. pictures, posters, etc.) and videos that promote HIV information and HIV testing among HIV-positive partners in this population, thereby maximizing participation in HIV testing among at-risk populations.
